Join us for the 2021 SRT Annual Meeting as we celebrate our 70th Anniversary! 

Registration and Dinner – 5:00-7:00 p.m. 
Registration and voting officially close at 7:00pm. A catered dinner will be served from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Business Meeting – 7:00 p.m.

Regular business includes the election of four directors, one from each of our four districts, for a three-year term.

During the business meeting, a report to the members will be given, financial updates presented, and election results announced. We look forward to seeing you there!

  • SRT Director since 2000
  • Retired farmer in the Mohall area
  • Member of the SRT Strategic Planning, Building, Board Retreat, Board Policy, and Compensation Committees
  • Serves on the Rural Cellular RSA Board
  • Serves as Treasurer for the Zion Lutheran Church of Mohall
  • Secretary/Treasurer for the Mohall Rural Fire Protection District
  • Serves on the Sales Tax Committee for the City of Mohall
  • Resides in Mohall with his wife, Deanna; they have three sons and eight grandchildren

  • SRT Director since 1988
  • Involved in farming operation with his son and grandson
  • Member of the SRT Annual Meeting, Board Retreat, Capital Credit, Economic Development, and Rate Structure Committees
  • Resides south of Glenburn with his wife, Karen; they have three sons and six grandchildren

  • SRT Director since 1982
  • Retired business owner
  • Member of the SRT Scholarship, Budget, and Building Committees
  • Chairman of the North Dakota Association of Telecommunications Cooperatives’ Political Action Committee and member of NTCA’s Rural Broadband Political Action Committee
  • Active in the community and involved in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and Camp of the Cross 
  • Serves on the Board of NoAH Horticulture Club in Minot and is sexton of the Butte Cemetery
  • Member of Drake Threshing Association
  • Resides in Butte with his wife, Lois; they have one son and a grandson
