A few SRT customers are reporting that a small number of emails are trickling into their mailboxes. While these reports are limited, and this is not the case for all customers, we take it as a positive sign of progress in restoring service.
During this process, we have no reason to believe that any customer information has been compromised. The ransomware attack locked the email server but did not access account information or email content.

SRT’s email service is still experiencing an outage. Technicians from Mail2World, SRT’s 3rd party email provider, are working around the clock to restore service. We understand that email is important to your business and personal communication and sincerely apologize for the ongoing service interruption.

SRT’s 3rd party email provider, Mail2World, has indicated that in spite of their best efforts the service restoration is still in progress. We will continue to update you here.
Unfortunately, SRT email service is still experiencing an outage. We continue to be in communication with our email provider and will provide an update when there is additional information.

As of this morning, January 13th, SRT’s 3rd party email provider is estimating that email service will be restored by mid-afternoon today. We sincerely apologize for this service interruption.
